PET POLICY
We understand pets are an important part of your family, and we strive to create an environment where you and your pet can feel at home. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents in the community all pets will be subject to a pet interview for prior approval. Pets will be limited to two per household, which may be any combination of cat and/or dog. Dogs must be no taller than 22” at the shoulder. In addition to breed restrictions in local by-laws, the following purebreds or mixed breeds are not permitted: German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Boxers. Pets must always be contained on the tenant’s premises and under the tenant’s control. Leashes ARE required in all communal areas.
PARKING
All units are equipped with a garage and space for one vehicle per driveway. Visitor parking
may not be used by tenants.
